When the materials are packed as you wish, inspected and labelled as needed, it’s time to go! Most of the time the shipment askes for time precision when it requires next-day or two-day shipping to oversee schedules for installation or setup processes.

White Glove service can also include an inside delivery. Trained professionals bring the item into the customer’s location and place it in the desired room. This could be convenient for large items that may be difficult for customers to move or assemble on their own.

We are proud to share the cooperation in handling this special shipment with you, just to give you a sneak peek of what we can do for you.

As one of our relations requested, we used the sea freight option for a shipment of two trucks with a high value vacuum tank.

The total weight was under150 ton, so no heavy lift necessary, but together with the knowledge of @Supermaritime Forwarding and the professional assistance of the Maple Group we have shipped 2 trucks loaded on the same number of 40’ High Cube flatracks.

There is more than meets the eye when it comes to ship these two trucks.
It Is not only the sea freight that needs to be arranged but we started loading at the supplier in the Netherlands by a low-loader, the trucks where specially sealed and packed in Rotterdam and when they were ready to go they went by ocean carrier to Brunei.
💪 We pulled it off together!

🏗 Construction materials, weight above the 3000 KG, collected, sealed and on their way to Perth, Australia! 🛫

We had a nice challenge to fly this big crate all the way to Mexico!
Almost three meters long and two and a half meter high. 💪

We prioritize the protection of the shipment during transit. You can think of using premium packing materials such as thicker boxes, wooden crates, foam, bubble wrap, or other materials to ensure safe delivery.

It’s all tailor made so we consider factors such as item size, value, fragility, perishability, and shipping environment.
For works of art, the materials used are often decisive.
We offer hard and soft pack, but for international transport a wooden box is most commonly used and also recommended.
